The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established and forward-thinking specialist provider of bespoke seating and mobility solutions serving NHS and private clients across the UK.

We are seeking a Seating Specialist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team operating across the South Midlands.

The Role

· Undertake comprehensive postural and functional assessments

· Prescribe bespoke and modular (‘off-the-shelf’) seating systems

· Provide technical and clinical justification for complex seating provision

· Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary clinical environments

· Manage a geographically varied caseload

Territory: The West–East corridor from The Midlands down to Oxfordshire. Coverage may vary in response to customer demand when the core team requires additional clinical support.

Candidate Profile

Applications are welcomed from individuals who have demonstrable, relevant experience in mobility, seating and postural management.

· Professional resilience and sound clinical judgement

Comprehensive product and methodology training will be provided and tailored to the successful candidate’s experience level.

Salary & Package

· Salary: Dependent on experience (£45,000–£50,000 for candidates with limited direct experience)

· Probation: 6 months

· Hours: 40 per week
