This organisation is Occupational Therapy-led and family-run, with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality care and innovative mobility solutions.

The Role
This is a client-facing position where you’ll assess individual needs, recommend and prescribe tailored healthcare and mobility solutions, and support clients through education and training. Working with NHS, Social Care providers, private clients, and case managers, you’ll be instrumental in delivering personalised and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical assessments to determine mobility and healthcare needs
- Prescribe suitable solutions including wheelchair seating and postural support systems
- Liaise with NHS and Social Care professionals, as well as private sector clients
- Deliver product training to clients, carers, and health professionals
- Ensure exceptional customer care with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services
- Support wider team responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the healthcare or mobility sector
- Knowledge of postural management and mobility products
- Experience in wheelchair seating assessments (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Health, Therapy, or Rehabilitation (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence required
- A strong desire to improve the quality of life for others
