A global leader in complex seating and powered mobility solutions is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to drive growth across the South of England, covering London, the South East and South West.
This is a clinical-commercial role focused primarily on NHS Wheelchair Services, delivering complex seating and pressure care solutions, supporting assessments, demonstrations, and business development across the region.
This opportunity offers the chance to represent a strong global brand with an established product portfolio across Complex Seating and Powered Wheelchairs.
The Role
· Developing relationships with NHS Wheelchair Services
· Supporting clinical assessments and product demonstrations
· Delivering complex seating and pressure care solutions
· Identifying and developing new business opportunities
· Growing market share across the South of England
· Acting as a trusted clinical and commercial partner

Key Responsibilities
· Build and develop relationships with NHS Wheelchair Services
· Conduct product demonstrations and clinical assessments
· Support clinicians with complex seating solutions
· Identify new opportunities and grow regional sales
· Manage territory pipeline and forecast activity
· Represent the brand professionally at clinical visits and events
· Work collaboratively with internal clinical and commercial teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Experience in Complex Seating / Pressure Care / Mobility
· NHS Wheelchair Services experience highly desirable
· Clinical or technical sales background
· Strong relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role
· Backgrounds considered: Complex seating manufacturers, mobility specialists, NHS clinicians, rehabilitation sales
