The Opportunity
This is a field-based sales role covering Warwickshire through to Scotland, focused on managing and developing strong clinical and commercial relationships across your region.
You will work autonomously, managing your own diary and territory strategy, with the support of a collaborative and experienced internal team.
Overnight stays will be required due to the size of the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a specialist portfolio of rehabilitation and disability equipment
- Manage and grow existing NHS and private sector accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across your region
- Arrange and support product demonstrations and clinical assessments
- Build long-term relationships with:
- Occupational Therapists (OTs)
- Physiotherapists
- Case Managers
- Parents and carers
- Schools, hospitals and care homes
- Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and follow-up processes
- Work Monday–Friday (flexibility required depending on travel and exhibitions)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within medical devices, rehabilitation, mobility, orthopaedics or disability equipment
- Experience working with clinicians and complex physical, muscular or neurological conditions is highly desirable
- Physiotherapy background advantageous
- Strong territory planning and diary management capability
- Professional, consultative communication style
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based capacity
This role requires a structured, relationship-driven sales professional who understands clinical environments and long sales cycles.

- £38,000 – £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission (£11,000 yearly OTE, paid every 6 months)
