Our client is a major provider of high-quality seating, sleeping and healthcare solutions, delivering exceptional clinical assessments and tailored support to healthcare professionals and end users.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking to appoint a Product Specialist in a brand-new role covering Manchester and the wider North West. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can genuinely make a difference to people’s comfort, mobility and independence.
The Role
As a Product Specialist, you will carry out product assessments and demonstrations alongside:
· Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in the community
· Care homes and healthcare settings
· End users and their families in home environments
This is a field-based, consultative role where appointments are both pre-booked and self-generated, giving you autonomy to manage your territory effectively.
You’ll initially cover a compact territory across Manchester and surrounding areas, with scope to expand as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct clinical product assessments and demonstrations
· Work closely with therapists and healthcare professionals
· Provide product recommendations tailored to individual needs
· Build strong relationships across your territory
· Manage your diary and appointments effectively
· Generate new opportunities within your region
· Deliver excellent customer experience and support
About You
· Therapy background (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, etc.) OR
· Sports Science background OR
· Experience in a similar product specialist / clinical sales role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Consultative and empathetic approach
· Self-motivated and organised mindset
· Passion for improving quality of life for end users
