Due to continued growth and increasing market share, our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the South of England.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and strengthening existing relationships across NHS Trusts and healthcare providers throughout the South.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships within NHS and healthcare organisations
· Identify and convert new business opportunities across the territory
· Promote patient handling and fall prevention solutions including slide sheets and transfer sheets
· Deliver product demonstrations, training, and support product trials
· Work closely with procurement teams and supply chains
· Lead Trust-wide rollouts following successful evaluations
· Manage your own diary and territory planning
· Attend exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings
· Maintain CRM, forecasting, and reporting activity

Candidate Requirements
· Essential
· Experience selling into the NHS or healthcare market
· Strong business development and relationship-building skills
· Experience engaging with procurement, supply chain or purchasing teams
· Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory
· Desirable
· Patient handling or healthcare product sales experience
· Understanding of NHS pricing structures and supply chains
· Field sales experience within healthcare
Package & Benefits
· Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
· Uncapped Commission – percentage of each sale
