The Role
As a Product Specialist, you will report to the National Sales Manager and play a key role in driving sales growth across your territory. You will be responsible for promoting a specialist product range, developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers, and delivering targeted campaigns to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Demonstrate, advise, and educate customers on the full product portfolio
- Support customers with product assessments, setup, and ongoing servicing
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet territory and product-specific targets
- Manage and implement a structured Territory Business Plan
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, identifying new business opportunities
- Effectively manage your schedule to maximise customer-facing time and responsiveness
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of children and families using specialist equipment
- Insight into the demands faced by therapy professionals
- A relevant therapy background with appropriate qualifications
- A practical, hands-on approach to equipment use and maintenance
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £38,000 – £40,000
- Uncapped commission structure – team members typically earn £700–£1,400 per month
- Additional end-of-year commission based on overall territory growth (variable depending on performance)
