Trusted Recruiter is recruiting on behalf of an established and highly respected manufacturer within the specialist seating and healthcare sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy and market positioning of a specialist product portfolio across the UK and export markets. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership, product development, sales, clinical teams, and marketing functions to support commercial growth, product launches, customer engagement, and brand development.
The Role
· Develop and deliver the product marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
· Lead go-to-market planning for new and existing products
· Translate customer, clinical, and commercial insight into clear product positioning and messaging
· Create product collateral, sales tools, and marketing materials
· Work closely with Product and R&D teams to support product roadmap decisions
· Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
· Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and educational activity alongside sales and clinical teams
· Manage product lifecycle performance, KPIs, and pricing recommendations
· Ensure product information remains accurate and consistent across all platforms
· Support cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For – Essential
· Proven product marketing experience within healthcare, specialist seating, mobility, furniture, or related sectors
· Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
· Ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Strong analytical and commercial awareness
· Experience working with cross-functional teams
· Ability to interpret customer and market needs into effective marketing outputs
· Strong presentation and written communication skills
Desirable
· Experience within multi-brand or group environments
· Background launching healthcare or medically relevant products
· Knowledge of emerging digital/content technologies
· Experience working with agencies or external partners
· Exposure to domestic and export markets
Package
· Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
