About the Role
Are you assertive, tenacious, and confident on the phone?
We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our expanding recruitment team within the medical and healthcare sector.
This is a proactive, high volume, phone-based sales role where success comes from persistence, persuasion, and performance. You’ll be speaking directly with Directors, HR, Sales Managers, and Team Leaders to uncover hiring needs, introduce our recruitment solutions, and close new business opportunities.
Your day will revolve around making outbound calls, researching new business opportunities on LinkedIn and job boards, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make confident outbound sales calls to prospective healthcare clients to identify recruitment opportunities
- Research, target, and engage key decision-makers via LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
- Present and negotiate terms of business to secure new client relationships
- Build, maintain, and update a database of active and potential clients
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent client communication
- Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or recruitment business development
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented – thrives on hitting targets
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Experience in or knowledge of the medical / healthcare recruitment sector is a plus, but not essential
