We’re looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to manage and inspire a regional team of Sales Managers across the UK. You’ll lead by example, driving performance, supporting development, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Managers.

· Deliver sales growth and achieve performance targets.

· Develop new business and strengthen retail partnerships.

· Conduct field visits, training sessions, and performance reviews.

· Ensure the highest levels of customer care and professionalism.
