Working as part of a small service team you will help provide valuable support to customers and colleagues within the business.
Day to day work will include:
- Attend customer appointments for services, breakdowns, repairs and fitting of parts
- Providing engineering support to consultants as required within the workshop
- Assist with other workshop requirements
- Attend customer appointments to assess for new equipment
- Provide accurate, relevant and appropriate advice and recommendations to customers
- Ensure quotations are raised and sent in a timely manner following assessment
- Provide timely, reliable support to customers, colleagues and other professionals in response to queries directed to you
- Maintain up to date records of all customer orders including ensuring that work is invoiced on completion and payments are taken where required
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Key requirements for the role:
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical products
- Able to communicate easily with elderly and less abled people as required
- Able to manage own workload and plan tasks accordingly to meet deadlines
- A flexible approach and willing to assist in a variety of tasks
The Package
The role is based from our offices in Long Hanborough and will mainly cover Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Some travel outside of this region may be required from time to time.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary 30k – £35k (negotiable depending on experience)
Free parking is provided and the location is easily accessible from Witney, Oxford, Woodstock and surrounding areas.
