Our client is a leading supplier of specialist postural and pressure management seating systems, and part of a larger, expanding group of companies. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team and cover the South of England (Midlands downwards).
The Role
This is a brand-new role with fantastic earning potential. You will be responsible for:
· Driving brand growth and sales of high-quality specialist seating products, including modular seating, bariatric chairs, and shower chairs.
· Developing new business and managing relationships with Dealers, Care Homes, Loan Stores, and Occupational Therapists.
· Carrying out product demonstrations and assessments.
· Covering a wide territory across the South of England.
The Candidate
We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a “go-getter” mentality. The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience within seating and posture markets (preferred, but not essential).
· A background working with Dealers and Occupational Therapists.
· Strong business development skills and the ability to work independently.
· Flexibility to travel across the southern territory.
The Package
· Basic Salary: £42,000
· Uncapped quarterly commission – realistic OTE £80,000+
· Company Van, Phone, Laptop & Fuel Card
· 23 days holiday + bank holidays
