Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 5:30pm (No weekends)

 This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and solving problems. Whether you’re ex-military, a hands-on DIY enthusiast, or simply someone keen to learn a new trade — no experience is required and full training will be provided. 

About the Role: 

As a Equipment Technician, you will install, service, and repair essential mobility equipment in domestic settings — including stairlifts, ceiling track hoists, ramps, and orthopaedic beds. 

You’ll travel across Brentford and the wider West London area, attending scheduled visits and responding to service calls. Once trained, you’ll be issued a company van, tools, and parts to support your fieldwork. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

– Installing, maintaining, and repairing mobility equipment in homes 

– Managing stock levels and completing service calls via PDA 

– Ensuring first-time fix and installation success wherever possible 

– Participating in equipment refurbishments and installations 

– Attending breakdowns and rectifying faults efficiently 

– Adhering to all safety and quality standards 

Who We’re Looking For: 

– A strong interest in engineering or technical work 

– Confident using tools and learning new equipment 

– Good communicator with basic IT skills 

– Full manual UK driving licence (Essential) 

– Self-motivated, well-organised, and willing to work flexible hours including occasional out-of-hours callouts 

– Comfortable travelling daily within West London 

– You must have the right to work in the UK
