The Opportunity
You’ll spearhead new-business growth for a portfolio of market-leading patient-handling products (ceiling and mobile hoists, slings, changing benches, specialist toileting solutions and more) across healthcare and specialist-education settings. Typical projects range from large NHS refurbishments to bespoke case-management adaptations.
What you’ll do
· Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from first enquiry to close.
· Build relationships with case managers, architects, main contractors, quantity surveyors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and NHS project directors.
· Deliver compelling CPD and product presentations to varied stakeholder groups.
· Conduct initial design meetings, interpret CAD/BIM drawings and liaise with contractors to ensure seamless specification and installation.
· Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and report on regional performance.
What you’ll bring
· Proven track record in solution-based selling with evidence of hitting or exceeding targets
· Experience selling medical devices, patient-handling equipment or other technical capital products is a distinct advantage.
· Comfortable working remotely as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
· Confident presenter, PowerPoint savvy and fully IT-literate (CRM included).
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate with multidisciplinary project teams.
· Energetic, ambitious and commercially astute, with fresh ideas for accelerating regional growth.
