Up to £35,000 depending on experience + £9,000 OTE + Company Van, Phone & Tablet
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for improving lives through specialist equipment in the social care and healthcare sector? We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to join our client’s team, covering East Anglia.
The Role
· Work with Occupational Therapists, Manual Handling Advisors, Physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to specify equipment solutions.
· Carry out hands-on assessments, provide product demonstrations, and recommend tailored solutions.
· Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and organisations.
· Manage your diary effectively to deliver training events, demonstrations, and assessments.
· Generate leads and secure orders with both new and existing customers.
· Support product development through feedback and market insight.
· Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
About You
· At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within healthcare, social care, or related equipment industries.
· Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in carrying out complex assessments.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
· Knowledge of the social and acute healthcare sector.
· A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within East Anglia (with occasional overnight stays).
· IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and use of tablets/smartphones.
The Package
· Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
· On-target earnings: £9,000 OTE
· Company van, phone, and tablet provided
