Due to continued expansion, two exciting opportunities have become available for experienced Retail Area Sales Managers to join an established and successful UK sales team covering either the Midlands or the South East.
These positions are ideal for commercially driven professionals who enjoy building long-term relationships, developing dealer partnerships and helping customers grow their businesses.
You’ll inherit an established territory with an existing dealer network whilst also identifying new business opportunities to expand market share across your region.
Whether you’re already selling mobility or rehabilitation equipment through dealer networks, or you’re currently working within a clinical environment looking to move into a commercially focused role, this represents an excellent career opportunity.
The Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and development of your assigned territory.
Acting as the primary point of contact for your dealer network, you’ll work closely with mobility retailers, rehabilitation providers and clinical customers, providing commercial support, product expertise and ongoing training to maximise business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing and developing an established network of mobility retailers and dealer partners.
· Identifying and appointing new dealers to strengthen territory coverage.
· Building strategic account plans to increase sales within existing key accounts.
· Conducting regular account reviews and business development meetings.
· Delivering professional product demonstrations to customers and end users.
· Supporting customer assessments and advising on appropriate product solutions.
· Providing product training and competency-based education for dealer sales teams and clinicians.
· Organising product awareness days, educational workshops and customer events.
· Supporting new product launches throughout your territory.
· Providing outstanding account management and resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
· Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales pipeline and territory plans.
· Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
· Representing the business at exhibitions, dealer events and industry conferences.
· Achieving agreed sales targets and KPI’s whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:
· Experience within the mobility, rehabilitation or assistive technology sector.
· Previous experience managing dealer or retailer relationships.
· Experience selling wheelchairs, specialist seating or rehabilitation equipment.
· NHS or community healthcare experience.
· Strong commercial awareness and account management skills.
· Experience delivering product demonstrations and customer training.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· A consultative approach to sales and problem solving.
· Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
· The ability to build lasting professional relationships.
· A proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
