The Opportunity
This is a key commercial role with a defined progression route and the potential to move into a Director-level position. Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the NHS (particularly Wheelchair Services), Local Authorities, and wider healthcare institutions. The focus will be on developing relationships, increasing brand awareness, and identifying new revenue opportunities within established and emerging channels.
Working Hours: 8:30am – 4:45pm
Hybrid role with North West travel
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and grow sales within NHS Wheelchair Services, Local Authorities, and healthcare organisations
· Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders
· Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
· Support awareness-raising initiatives across healthcare environments
· Work collaboratively with the Director to shape and execute growth strategy
About You
· Experience selling into the NHS and/or Local Authorities is highly desirable
· Experience working with Wheelchair Services or specialist seating is advantageous, but not essential
· Candidates from other relevant healthcare or assistive technology sectors will be considered
· Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset are essential
· Confident communicator with the ability to engage clinical and procurement stakeholders
