Trusted Recruiter is delighted to be partnering with a growing healthcare business to recruit a newly created Business Development Manager position covering the South of England.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing in growth and expanding its commercial team. The role will focus on developing relationships across dealers, distributors and healthcare professionals, promoting a range of specialist seating and postural support solutions designed to improve comfort, independence and quality of life.
The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships across your territory.
You will work closely with dealer partners, Occupational Therapists, healthcare professionals and end-user stakeholders, providing product demonstrations, training and ongoing support to increase awareness and adoption of the product range.
This is a highly autonomous field-based role suited to an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and grow relationships with dealers and distribution partners across your territory.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities within healthcare and mobility markets.
· Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions.
· Build strong relationships with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals.
· Attend exhibitions, networking events and industry conferences.
· Support customers with product knowledge and clinical understanding.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities and customer satisfaction.
· Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback.
About You

· Mobility, rehabilitation or assistive technology products
· Seating and postural care solutions
· Occupational Therapy or clinical product specialist backgrounds
