The Client
Our client is an established manufacturer of award-winning, innovative mobility scooters and accessories, recognised for their commitment to quality, innovation, and improving user independence. With continued growth, success, and exciting new product launches, they are now looking to strengthen their sales team with a talented Business Development Manager to cover the North of England.
The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships across your territory, focusing on both NHS organisations and the mobility retail and dealer network.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with NHS contacts and mobility dealers.
· Identifying new business opportunities and routes to market.
· Managing and supporting existing accounts to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
· Delivering in-store product training, demonstrations, and updates.
· Attending trade events, conferences, and training days across the region.
· Providing product feedback and resolving technical or customer issues where needed.

The Candidate
· Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the mobility or healthcare sector.
· Demonstrable experience selling into the NHS is essential, with retail or dealer sales experience desirable.
· Strong relationship-building skills with both public sector and commercial clients.
· Confident presenting, demonstrating products, and providing technical support.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing a regional territory.
