CANDIDATE REFERRAL SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility for Referral Reward
The referral fee of £500 will be payable where a referred candidate is successfully placed in a role by Trusted Recruiter.
Referral Submission
Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form on our website.
The referral must be received before the candidate has made any direct contact with Trusted Recruiter, including submitting their CV or applying for a role.
Existing Candidate Exclusion
A referral will not be eligible if the candidate:
- Is already registered with Trusted Recruiter, or
- Has been in contact with or submitted their details to Trusted Recruiter within the previous 12 months
Time Limit for Placement
The referred candidate must be successfully placed in a role within 6 months of the initial referral date for the reward to be valid.
Payment Terms
The £500 referral fee will be paid within 30 days of the candidate’s start date, provided that:
- The candidate has commenced employment, and
- The placement has not been cancelled or withdrawn
Duplicate Referrals
In the event that the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the referral fee will be awarded to the person whose submission was received first, as determined by Trusted Recruiter.
Right to Withhold Payment
Trusted Recruiter reserves the right to withhold payment where:
- The referral does not comply with these terms, or
- There is any suspicion of fraudulent or misleading activity
Non-Transferable Reward
The referral fee is non-transferable and will be paid only to the individual who submitted the online referral.
Amendments to the Scheme
Trusted Recruiter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
