The Company
Our client is a high-quality manufacturer and supplier of riser recliner and bariatric chairs, working with some of the UK’s largest care home groups. The business is experiencing consistent growth and offers genuine opportunities for internal progression.
The Role
The Seating Assessor will be responsible for conducting assessments and product demonstrations of riser recliner and bariatric chairs in care homes, nursing homes, and hospital settings. Working closely with therapists and clinical staff, you will manage your own diary and typically carry out 3–4 demonstrations or assessments per day.
Key responsibilities include
· Conducting chair assessments and demonstrations alongside therapists and care professionals
· Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
· Managing and planning daily appointments across the South West and wider southern region
· Representing the company professionally within clinical and care environments
The Ideal Candidate
· Previous experience conducting assessments and demonstrations of healthcare-related products is desirable
· Comfortable working in clinical, care home, or hospital environments
· Physically fit, as some chairs can be heavy to manoeuvre (lifting equipment provided but not always available)
· Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a mobile role independently
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
