In 2015, Antony was working in medical device recruitment when he spotted an opportunity:

“I realised there was a niche, no one focused purely on the mobility and disability sector. At the same time, I was ready to work for myself. Trusted Recruiter was born.”

That leap of faith paid off quickly. Antony still remembers the buzz of taking on his very first role, closely followed by the excitement of making his first placement.
